Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the wig must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Have the lace uncut
• Be in the original condition and packaging
If the lace has been cut, the wig has been worn, styled, washed, or altered, the item cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Wigs with cut lace
• Wigs that have been worn or styled
• Custom wigs or special orders
